BOOM BOOM SHOT is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital goods/subscription from BOOM BOOM SHOT and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 24 hours of the original purchase date.

REFUNDS OF DIGITAL / SUBSCRIPTION BASED GOODS

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  • Refund must be requested in writing by contacting contact@boomboomshot.com
  • Request of refund must include a copy of the Receipt (in PDF format).
  • Request of refund must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase date.
